About me

My name is Harriet Beadsley, I’m 22 years of age and I come from a small rural town called Petworth in West Sussex. I’m a new artist as I started only a few years ago. I never studied art before joining UCA. I found a foundation course at UCA and joined which resulted in me now being in my third and final year in BA Illustration. Previously, I wanted to be a private chef and did 3 years at college doing Hospitality then Patisserie. Through this, and particularly Patisserie, I found my love for art.

I would describe my artistic style to be delicate, graphic and line drawing. I’m still figuring out my style but am slowly seeing a certain style come through my works.  I find a lot of inspiration from the world around me.
